1. Who we are

Valeor Grove is a product in development by Valeor Tech LLC ("Valeor", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy covers this website and the Valeor Grove pilot interest list.

The Valeor Grove app is not available yet. When it is, its privacy terms will be published before you can create a workspace.

2. What we collect

When you join the pilot interest list we collect your name, business name (optional), email address, business type, city or service area, team size, what is hardest to organize (optional), your consent to be emailed, and the time you submitted the form.

When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

To understand how the site is used we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and records the referring site, browser, device type and country. It does not use cookies or follow you across other websites. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived request logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

3. How we use it

We use your interest-list details to email you about the Valeor Grove pilot and product availability, to understand the needs of independent contractors and small service businesses as we build the product, and to reply to your questions.

We use analytics and logs to keep the site working, secure, and useful.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that host this website and store or send the interest list on our behalf, such as our hosting provider, Vercel. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.

5. How long we keep it

We keep interest-list details while pilot and launch updates are relevant to you, and no longer than 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

6. Your choices and rights

Every update email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also email us at any time to stop updates, or to ask for a copy of your details, a correction, or their deletion. We respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We honour those requests through the same contact address.

7. Security

This site is served over HTTPS and we limit who can access the interest list. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Children

This website is meant for business owners and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as Valeor Grove develops, and change the date at the top when we do. If a change materially affects how we use interest-list details, we will email people on the list before it applies.
